How do you know that mail is being downloaded if you can't see the program interface? In my case it downloads the mail, but the splash screen does not open to allow you to view the mail that has been downloaded. Are you saying that you would expect to see an error message, but you don't? Or that you see an error message as you would expect?Įrror messages are supposed to be helpful, in that they contain clues to what's wrong.
